A blend of 50% Sauvage vineyard and 50% Burn Cottage Vineyard, these are not younger vines (since they were all planted at the same time), yet grapes which were deemed to show a better expression of these two vineyards combined. Aromas of wild berry, strawberries, raspberry, rhubarb, forest moss and thyme. The palate is savoury yet soft and alluring with bright red berries, wild herbs and silky tannins. The mid-palate is lush yet focus leading to a medium savoury finish.
